Intern: Outwork Coordinator

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Using Centric Software to create and update supplier requests when receiving and sending sampling to Printing, Pleating, Embroidery and Wash House suppliers.
• Create and update payment contracts.
• Collect sample bags and preparing them to send to the supplier.
• Create waybills for the courier agency.
• Communicating with the designers and resolving any queries and discrepancies regarding packages
• Follow up with the team on any upcoming developments and changes.
• Following up with and liaising with the supplier regarding any sampling running late.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant completed diploma or degree in Clothing Design, Production, Manufacturing.
